Khalifa was able to help me the same day I enquired despite him being fully booked. He then gave me a clear time- frame and suggested possible solutions. My laptop had suddenly got slower and slower. I rang Khalifa and we went through what steps I had already taken in trying to fix it. He explained clearly there was only really one more thing to be… done (hard drive) which is what I had suspected, this new drive and labour costs were closer to the cost of a new budget laptop and even that may not work (although if it didn’t he would not charge me).
