How does it work?

Simply give us a call on 07719 994 859 and one of our experienced computer experts will try to give you advice over the phone to help you fix your PC problems yourself, where possible. If you need a call out to your home, we will provide you with a quote and if you are happy we will visit at a time and day to suit your needs in West Sussex and East Sussex. We are available 7 days a week from 9am to 8pm with no extra charge for out of hours.

No fix no fee policy operated. Once the computer is fixed, the technicians will demonstrate what has been done and advise you on how to protect yourself from the issue in the future.

Where appropriate we will always back up your files and respect your personal data. We repair any IT problem big or small – virus removal, wireless problems, spyware removal, lost data, overheating laptop, crashing windows etc. Alternatively, if you need a fresh version of Windows 10 or Microsoft Office 2013, 2016 or Office 365 we have licenses to install this for you.
