I was having difficulty updating my desktop... computer that I built 10 years ago. It was starting to have issues starting up leading me to reset Windows 10, unfortunately I was unable to load my profile into Windows 10 rendering it unusable. I also had a laptop that was slowing down and had little space on the C: drive.I googled for a computer expert and found Khalifa of KB Computers. A chat gave me the confidence to book a home visit.His visit reflected his expertise. Called and he basically diagnosed the issue for... free over the phone. Offered to leave him a tip over PayPal and he refused it. Rates he quoted for out and incalls also reasonable, but not needed in this instance, as his diagnosis of my build's problem mirrored my own. Lovely guy, absolutely recommended.read more

My Desktop PC (Packard Bell) which I purchased in... 2006 had been running sluggishly for months. In addition my anti-virus software stopped working. I found KB Computer Repairs on the Internet. Khalifa gave me various options over the phone and I chose to replace my PC with a 2-year old Dell. Khalifa ordered it for me, we arranged a day for installation. Khalifa arrived on time, setup the new PC, reinstalled all my stored photos, documents and setup the latest version of Microsoft Office and tidied everything up. After an hour trying to clear a massive printer... paper jam I searched the net for a repair expert near me and found Khalifa. Khalifa was able to help me the same day I... enquired despite him being fully booked. He then gave me a clear time- frame and suggested possible solutions. Unfortunately I had damaged the laptop further (my own fault following the advice of a friend) but I appreciated Khalifas honesty in saying it would be a waste of my money trying to fix a very old, dated laptop. He even offered to advise what I should buy instead. That’s a very honest service so deserves 5 *. I’ll be calling him in the near future for more support.
