First step, we setup Google apps access:

1. Click on your profile picture on the top right corner.
2. Select the button My Account.
3. Within the new opened page select Apps with account access under Sign-In & Security.
4. Within Apps with account access page, at the bottom make sure Allow less secure apps is turned ON.

Second step, we configure Gmail Forwarding and POP/IMAP:

1. Click on the settings wheel icon within your Gmail.

   

2. From the drop menu select Settings.
3. Select Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab within Settings page
4. Make sure that Status POP and Status IMAP are enabled
5. To save the changes, click on Save Changes button at the bottom.
