I spoke to Khalifa in the afternoon and he arranged a home visit appointment for the next morning. He was very quickly able to identify the issue with my laptop which had stopped working due to a... boot failure.He is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated whilst he is sorting the problem out. He gave me various options for the repair and once I’d made a decision he continued with the fix. He made sure everything was up and running again by installing all the relevant software and checking that everything worked. He gave good advice about using affordable cloud storage which I took, and he set this up.We mentioned that we had another very old laptop which had hard drive problems and he offered to take a look at it whilst my main laptop was installing software. He sorted the problem and also advised of where to purchase an affordable battery replacement.He is a true professional and not out to make a quick buck.
