What a wonderful person Khalifa is. Made the appointment yesterday and was on time this morning. He... upgraded my laptop, with extra RAM, a new hard drive and installed Windows 11. He saved all my files and reloaded them on to 11. Reinstalled Face book and Whats App then transferred all my contacts from my phone to the laptop. Not only that whilst he was with me and 11 was loading on my laptop he sorted out my old desktop, increased the ram, cleaned the hard drive now that one is ready to sell. I spoke to Khalifa in the afternoon and he arranged a home visit appointment for the next morning.... He was very quickly able to identify the issue with my laptop which had stopped working due to a boot failure.He is very knowledgeable and keeps you updated whilst he is sorting the problem out. He gave me various options for the repair and once I’d made a decision he continued with the fix. He made sure everything was up and running again by installing all the relevant software and checking that everything worked. He gave good advice about using affordable cloud storage which I took, and he set this up.We mentioned that we had another very old laptop which had hard drive problems and he offered to take a look at it whilst my main laptop was installing software. He sorted the problem and also advised of where to purchase an affordable battery replacement.He is a true professional and not out to make a quick buck.
